Fujifilm to Raise Domestic Prices on Cameras and Instax Gear by Up to 23% Starting October 1

Published:

Fujifilm Imaging Systems Co., Ltd. announced on September 30, 2026, that it will revise domestic wholesale shipping prices across selected digital cameras, interchangeable lenses, instant cameras, and smartphone printers starting October 1, 2026.

The company cited escalating parts expenses alongside rising manufacturing and logistics costs as the primary drivers behind the adjustment. Despite internal cost-cutting measures and production efficiency improvements, Fujifilm stated it could no longer absorb the cost increases.

Targeted Lineups and Revision Ratios

The price adjustment impacts flagship medium-format cameras, popular X-series models like the X100VI, and several hybrid instant cameras, with price hikes ranging from roughly 6% up to 23%.
